Eagles Hope Transitions: providing Fremont County residents the opportunity to create and build new lives while transitioning back into their families and the community.


First Stop Help Center: dedicated to helping people in crisis, especially those facing homelessness by providing Emergency Financial Assistance and a Financial Education Program.


Fremont County Alliance Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault: dedicated to the empowerment of victims and children, working towards the elimination of personal and societal violence in the lives of victims and their children.


Fremont County Group Homes: provides short-term care to youth between the ages of 10 and 17 who are in need of emergency shelter due to a crisis situation.


Wind River Family & Community Health Care: promote healthy development and positive lifestyles for mothers and their young children across the lifespan.


Wind River Job Corps: providing education and training in career fields so you can gain the skills and tools you need to be successful.


Wind River Family & Community Health Care: providing health services and a warming hut at 789: cots available from 5pm-9am for a warm place to sleep.

Riverton Help Center: a faith based, charitable organization offering emergency services to help families and individuals.


Injury Prevention Resources: providing resources for safer Wyoming Highways; child car seats and educational resources.


Almost Home Wyoming: providing safe and secure housing for people who are homeless or facing homelessness.


Volunteers of America Northern Rockies: providing Veteran services, residential treatment, and mental health services.


Lander Care & Share Food Bank: providing means to overcome food insecurity in Fremont County with nutritionally adequate and safe foods.


Intertribal Wellness: providing fitness, nutrition, and diabetes prevention programs.


Lander Free Medical Clinic: providing free health care services to low-income and uninsured residents of Fremont County.


Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming: provides after-school programming to foster positive youth development, build trusting relationships with adults and peers, receive academic support, and opportunities to discover and cultivate interests.

WIC: a special supplemental nutrition program for women, infants, and children that focuses on the link between good nutrition and good health.


Cent$ible Nutrition Program: SNAP-Ed and EFNEP program where CNP educators teach free classes about healthy lifestyles and cooking.
