Project Independence provides Fremont County individuals and families with the opportunity to achieve economic self-sufficiency through the provision of case management resources as well as connections to community services. This program is a commitment to working with a case manager on a regular basis to overcome the obstacles of economic self-sufficiency in your life.
Project Independence and our case managers will work to help you overcome the obstacles of self-sufficiency. We will do our best to help you in your time of need. We can help with many aspects of life and financial hardship: housing, utilities, employment, education, mental/physical health, job supplies, advocating on your behalf, helping find services and resources, etc.
Project Independence is not an emergency services provider but a program to commit to growth and change in life and we will work with you to navigate those things that are hindering you from achieving your goals and dreams. Your commitment and effort to growth and change through our services will directly effect your desired outcomes. We are here to give a helping hand up to those who are willing to commit to finding sustainable ways out of poverty. There is no magic wand that exists to do this. It takes hard work and dedication to the process as a team to overcome the barriers that exist in Fremont County residents lives. Our team of staff, Board of Directors, and volunteers are willing to do our part in helping clients achieve self-sufficiency.
